Hello! To start, a little info about my education: I am a mental health coach. I am certified as a Mental Health Coach First Responder. In addition, I am a Summa Cum Laude Graduate with a Bachelor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling. I am currently finishing my Master of Christian Psychology in Clinical Counseling degree. I have completed Child & Adolescent Therapy, Crisis & Abuse Therapy, and Marriage & Family Therapy programs.

It has been a delight to help others see life in a brand new way and see smiles light up their faces. Life has been an adventure, and I believe part of that adventure is helping others navigate through their own expeditions allowing them to climb through the difficulties and finding their purpose behind it all. To share my journey with you, and support you through your own journey, I consider one of my greatest blessings.

I didn’t come into my career by choosing it in college—I had the long road of living it first. It began with abandonment, rejection and abuse that led to rebellion in my teen years which carried me right into addiction, among many other things. Later in life after suppressing and repressing past trauma I was diagnosed with PTSD, chronic anxiety, panic disorder, etc. I had to learn to overcome these on my own.

During this time I couldn’t afford therapy and didn’t know who to turn to for help. In this process I knew I had to find a way to help others no matter what they were struggling with in life. This began a quest of discovering ways to do just that—finding interactive affordable ways to make real change available. This has become my passion, my purpose…my meaning in life. 

Along the way, even though life was a struggle, God still blessed me. I have been married for over 27 years and have been fortunate enough to have raised two children which are now young adults. I definitely count my blessings daily.

I look forward to helping you heal, overcome and thrive in life. I believe we must all learn to love our own story—it is the story that makes us.
